General Instructions:

Welcome to the Chaffee County online project portal. Certain project applications are listed below and may be initiated here. 

All other project types must follow a mandatory Pre-Application meeting and Summary. After the Pre-Application meeting and Summary, the applicant will contact the Community Planning and Natural Resources (CPNR) Department to determine the appropriate application type. County staff will then create an application type in the CivicPlus portal, and email instructions on next steps. The customer will then complete the application, and attach required documents to initiate the review process. An online account is required.
