General Instructions

Each application will require the applicant to complete required information fields and upload copies of plans and other required documentation. The links below will identify the requirements. Please ensure you have all the required information and documents ready to upload prior to beginning the online application process. Applications that are submitted without the required documentation may delay the review process or cause the application to be rejected.

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

PRIOR to submitting a Planning or Zoning application, please review the REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS BY DEVELOPMENT TYPE which lists the information and documents needed for a complete application submission and also provides Public Notice Requirements.

All property owners must print, sign, have notarized, and submit the PROPERTY OWNER'S AFFIDAVIT OF RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATION to accompany every development application submission.

All development applications will also require an applicant-signed APPLICANT’S AFFIDAVIT OF ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS. If the owner is the applicant, this document must be signed by the owner.

Your submission package is incomplete and will not be reviewed until ALL required submissions have been made and all required information has been provided.
