In order to review the application, you MUST submit a Site Plan with your applicatioin. Instruction on Site plan can be found here. Also make sure all the following documents are uploaded in step 5 of the application:

• Site Plan Showing Distances from Property Lines
• Recorded Warranty Deed/Proof of Property Ownership
• Nortrarized Agent Authorization Form if applicant NOT the Property Owner
• City Approval is required, if property is located within city limits.
• D.E.P. Approval is required, if sewer/septic is required in project
