Note: Please make sure all applications are completed in full. If required for your project, please include all plot plan drawings (with setbacks), professional building plans and detailed foundation plans, copies of any state or federal permits, copies of applicable contractor licenses and/or affidavits for homeowner electrical or plumbing installations. Applications will not be processed until all required documents are submitted, permit payment is received and a review takes place to ensure the proposed work meets current code and ordinance standards. Please refer to the attached link to reference the current codes enforced by the City of Brewer (link). No work is approved to commence until a permit is issued from the Code Enforcement Department.
