Instructions

1. Open the 'Checklist' link(s) to identify the required document(s) for upload.
2. Click "Apply Online".  Cell Phone Users: Turn your phone sideways to see the "Apply Online" link.

Applications submitted without the required documents may delay the review process or cause the application to be rejected.

You will receive an invoice via email.

You may make your payment in one of the following ways:

1.  Pay via the Permit Portal: log into your portal and click "Make a Payment" on the left-hand side and fill in your invoice number,

2.  Bring your payment (check, cash, card) to the Codes Office, or

3.  Mail your payment: (check) to the Codes Office.

To select an application, use the search box below.  The system will filter project types as you scroll.   You can search by project type or project use.  Use will list various options under each type.   You may also scroll through the list.  After ensuring you have all the required information for upload, click the "Apply Online" link for the required application.
