1. Use the Checklist links to identify the required documents for upload.
2. Click "Apply Online".

For Internal Plumbing & Subsurface Wastewater Disposal applications:

You must fill out the state-designated form. Please click on the PDF Application to download and fill in that form to upload to your permit application. 
Applications that are submitted without the required documentation may delay the review process or cause the application to be rejected.

Payments

You will receive an invoice via email and then you may make a credit/debit card payment via the portal. You may, alternatively, bring your payment (check, cash, card) to the Codes Office, mail your payment (check or money order) to the Codes Office or call the Administrative Assistant at (207) 725-6660 to make your payment over the phone (credit/debit card).

Inspections

To schedule an inspection, either call (207) 721-4059 or email inspections@brunswickme.org. Someone will be in touch within one (1) business day.
