Welcome to Jefferson County, MO’s online portal to obtain/renew your Liquor License.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, PLEASE HAVE COPIES OF YOUR:
• State Liquor License
• City Liquor License (if within city limits)
• Active Merchant's License

Application Instructions

Start by clicking Apply Online. Create an account by clicking register. If you already have an account, sign in. *If you have registered in our Permitting, Planning and Zoning, and Contractor’s license online portal, you will need to create a new registration for Liquor Licenses. We recommend using the same username and password.

Step 1: Select Business Type & Subtype - select Liquor License for both. Step 2: Business Information - Complete required information fields, click ‘Create’.

Step 3: Additional Contacts - Enter the information and click ‘Add Contact’ then click ‘Next’.

Step 4: Enter the Required Information in the Fields Below – Enter information & click ‘Save’.

Step 5: Documents - Upload (State, City – if applicable, and Merchants License)

Step 6: Review and submit – click to view message.

Applications that are submitted without the required documentation may delay the review process or cause the application to be rejected.

Few things to note:

· Legal Business Name is also known as License Name

· Business Trade Name is also known as Doing Business As

· If you do not have an EIN number, type NA.

Renew a Liquor License • Sign in to your account. • Click on 'My Licenses'. Here you should be able to see the licenses associated to your email address. The licenses available for renewal should have a 'Renew' button located on the right-hand side of the screen. • Click the Renew button and review the information we have on file and submit your renewal.
