User Registration

It is important to note, there are two parts to the registration process:

1. You will be sent an email to confirm your email, this will not affect your registration
2. Once registered, you should be able log into the Citizen Portal immediately.

Your email address will act as your userid and will be used for future notifications.

For new Registrations, please be aware of the below Password requirements:

Password should be at least 8 characters
Password should have at least 1 uppercase character (A-Z)
Password should have at least 1 lowercase character (a-z)
Password should have at least 1 digit (0-9)
Password should have at least 1 special character
