Applying for a Mobile Home Park License

The Village of Newark License portal can only be used to apply for annual Mobile Home Parks licenses.  For any other type of license, please contact the Village Office at 315-331-4770. 

A license is required of all mobile home park owners, pursuant to Chapter 170, Article XIV, Section 170-49-F of the Code of the Village of Newark. The annual fee to owners of mobile home parks within the Village is $100.00.  

If applying by mail or in person, please use this downloadable/printed "PDF Application".  Complete the application and return it to the Village Building and Code Enforcement Office.

If applying online, please have a list of current park rules and regulations and/or a list of current management and tenant responsibilities available to upload. It is also easiest to search by the parcel's tax id number when applying online.
