Each permit will require the applicant to complete the required information on the application, and upload copies of any required plans, reports, or other required documentation. Please ensure all required information and documentation is accurate and complete prior to beginning the online application process. Please be advised that any application submitted without the required documentation may delay the review process or cause the application to be incomplete.

1. Please utilize the links below to download and complete the corresponding permit application and/or checklist PDF. The completed PDF application and/or checklist document will be required for upload and attachment to the corresponding permit application in addition to any other required documentation pertaining to the permit type during the portal form process under Step 5.

2. Please search the online portal permit options below and choose the desired permit application type. Click “Apply Online” for the required permit and follow the prompts for submittal.
